1. Order online using our secure shopping cart. Select the country you want your order to go to and it will automatically calculate the shipping cost. Euros and US dollar conversions are shown beneath UK pounds. You may use all major credit/debit cards aswell as Paypal and Google fast track payment.

2.By phone on 01736 793188,  when we will be happy to assist you with any questions and also take your order with payment.

3 By post to Higher Amalwhidden, Towednack, St. Ives, Cornwall, TR26 3AR. Cheques are only accepted drawn on UK banks, in sterling, made payable to Patricia Smith Designs.

4. Delivery is normally 1 – 2 weeks but please remember that we are a small company and there are periods when we are extremely busy or certain items may be temporarily out of stock. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know by email or phone. Specially made garments take longer.

5. Please measure your child before ordering or check the size chart. Children have a surprising habit of growing without you necessarily noticing! In most cases, it is advisable to order the next size up from the actual age, unless your child is smaller than average.

6. In the event a garment has to be returned we will exchange it, issue a refund (using the same method as you paid) or offer a store credit. Any returns must be made within 10 days and be in perfect condition. We do not refund the cost of return postage and cannot be held responsible if lost in transit. Specially made items may not be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
