Ordering

1. By email, telephone or fax using your credit card
(Mastercard, Visa or American Express). |
2. By post. Please complete the order form. Cheques should
be made payable to "Patricia Smith". Please note that we can only accept
cheques made out in Pounds and drawn on a UK bank. |
3. Delivery. Your order will be processed as soon as it is
received. Please allow 28 days. If something is required by a certain date, do
let us know & we will do our utmost to honour it. Normal delivery within
the UK is by 1st class post. |
4. Returns. Clothes may be returned for exchange or refund
within 7 days, providing they are unworn & in good condition. Please
measure your child carefully (see size chart below) as a mistake in child size
is the most common reason for returns. Our sizes are not huge. If your child is
between sizes, choose the larger. If unsure, let us have the measurements of
your child. We regret that specially made sizes cannot be refunded. |
